FEDERAL APPEALS COURT ALLOWS TRUMP TO USE PENTAGON FUNDS FOR BORDER WALL

A Federal Appeals Court has given President Trump a major victory for the southern border wall. The court lifted an injunction and is allowing Trump to use certain Pentagon funds to build the southern border wall.
According to The Daily Mail:
Donald Trump crowed on Thursday after a federal appeals court remporarily (sic) put on hold a lower court ruling that had blocked the administration from using billions of dollats (sic) in military construction funds to build his long-sought southern border wall.
He tweeted his victory lap, calling it 'Breaking News.'
'The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just reversed a lower court decision & gave us the go ahead to build one of the largest sections of the desperately needed Southern Border Wall, Four Billion Dollars. Entire Wall is under construction or getting ready to start!' Trump wrote.
It's unclear how much of the wall has a clear timetable for construction. A large majority of what the Army Corps of Engineers and the Homeland Security Department have constructed is sections of barrier replacing inferior walls that were in place when Trump became president.
The White House has claimed and still does that the lower courts nationwide injunction is illegal and allows a single judge to adjudicate laws that affect the entire country.
