If you were on Obama's Grand Jury - Was Obama's campaign criminal fraud?
You work hard for your living, and for your family. Find your child's future in all of this. Do you feel that the spending and borrowing that Congress and the White House are planning and pursuing pose a threat to your future right to pursue happiness? Is that a Constitutional right? Do you feel that this path is reckless or negligent at best? Do you view it as a calculated move to reduce America to turmoil so as to replace what we have with something else?
If you answer "yes" to any of this, do you feel that Obama knew, while campaigning, that his intentions were diametrically opposed to what is good for America, or to what most Americans would actually allow if they knew of such intentions before voting?
18 U.S.C. § 1343 Fraud by wire, radio, or television.- Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.
Did somebody conspire to get your vote (a Constitutional right) and thereafter your tax dollars, and was it attempted or accomplished through fraud by wire, radio, or television? Do you think the misrepresentations made by Obama's campaign constitute a crime? If so, was the intent to affect (beneficially / detrimentally) financial institutions?
18 U.S.C. § 241 Conspiracy against rights. If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
18 U.S.C. § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law. Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; . . .
Are you required to report the crime?
18 U.S.C. § 4 Misprision of felony. Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Personally, I cannot imagine Obama and his campaign staff outside of the description of the crimes detailed above; I cannot imagine them to be innocent of those crimes. Not only is Obama negligent in his seeking to strap future generations with enormous debt, but his move for gov't takeover of industry is patently un-American and it constitutes an intrusion into daily life and the economy to degrees known by Obama to be unacceptable to every American, that if they knew this in advance of election day his campaign would not stand a chance of success.
America's wondering who Obama thinks he is, a mere political beginner with a severely limited scope of American traditions, world politics, and even free enterprise, to set about such radical departures from normal American government and economics in ways most of us recognize to be a threat to America's very existence.
If you were on a Grand Jury and an indictment came to you alledging a violation of 18 USC § 1343 would your vote be to indict Obama and his campaign staff? I have written such an indictment proposed for a Grand Jury's deliberation, and I've written a letter which you can supplement with things not yet mentioned but which you feel constitute contradictions. This letter states that you feel this crime has been committed and that you, as a Grand Jury member, would vote to indict Obama for fraud by wire, radio or television.
DO NOT make these allegations lightly; it's thirty years in prison for Obama and his campaign staff! When Congress receives your letter to them stating your belief, with an indictment which you yourself have signed, perhaps they'll reconsider following so closely down the pathway of destruction which Obama has chosen for our great country, for America. The tea parties do nothing to stop this push for unaffordable health care and a second stimulus, if you can believe it. In Obama's first 100 days he quadrupled the deficit, promising to print, borrow and spend $5T by the end of 2010.
*Weren't millions of Americans just stripped of their homes or home value, their jobs, their retirement savings, their daily bread? Who could think of causing energy prices to "skyrocket" and of printing the U.S. currency into its grave in a recession? Aren't the banks refusing to lend the stimulus money? Don't the homeless and the jobless have enough to worry about without having to defend themselves against the White House, Congress, and their bankers? What about keeping the children fed, Mr. President?
Obama declares (July 1, 2009) that the stimuls borrowing/spending is working when under 10% of the $787b has been spent, when it was supposed to be used to keep this emergency from turning into a catastrophe. Obama says (July 2, 2009) that it took years to get into this financial mess and it will "take us more than a few months to get out of it," yet at the same time he schemes to dramatically increase taxes.
Democratic Rep. Barney Frank (July 2, 2009) states his desire to spend T.A.R.P. profits on housing programs. Perhaps actually seeing the president's name on a symbolically signed indictment will serve to better acquaint Congress with exactly who runs this place.
Send your symbolic indictment to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and tell him to prosecute Obama, send it to Congressional committees considering what Obama wants, send it to your own Congressmen and tell them what they're choosing to participate in by following Obama's madness and negligence.
"Mr. Holder,
I have observed the conduct of the president and . . . If I were on a Grand Jury and was asked to deliberate upon the attached . . . I would (and indeed did) sign the indictment for 18 USC § 1343 violations."
Think of it. An indictment against Obama would have to be the quickest and surest way of displacing him from the Oval Office, and this aspect of his rise to power is dramatically manifest in the contrast between what America was told, and what America is experiencing.
