Who Is Alexander Vindman? Here Is Who He Is and Why it Matters

Alexander Vindman is a Ukraininan-born US Soldier that has testified against Trump, he has sent shock waves throughout Washington and the whole country to an extent. There is a shroud of mystery over Vindman and his testimony but we are here to uncover that.

The major problem with Vindman’s narrative is exposed on page 6.

Here is everything that should be known about Alexander Vindman:

1.) Veteran

Vindman enlisted in the US Army and served in the Iraq war after he graduated from college. During the Iraq war, he received a purple heart after being injured in a roadside bombing. Vindman has also earned several other commendations from his service including the Ranger Tab, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge.

2.) Diplomatic Experience

Vindman has a long history of working with diplomats and foreign leaders.

He has worked in several embassies in the past including the embassies in Ukraine and Russia. From the years 2015 to 2018 he was serving at the Pentagon but in 2019 things changed when he was tasked with a position on the National Security Council.

Vindman was one of the few US officials who attended Ukranian President Zelensky’s inauguration. With him was former Secretary of Energy Rick Perry, US Special Representative to Ukraine Kurt Volker, and EU Ambassador Gordon Sonland. Now, these individuals are at the center of the “Ukraine Gate” controversy.

Some are claiming that the record of Vindman proves he is a distinguished patriot that will tell nothing but the truth, others are claiming that Vindman is just another elitist bureaucrat who wants to keep America in foreign wars. Trump has already come out to state that Vindman was a “Never Trumper”.

5.) The Testimony

The Testimony of Vindman suggested that outside influence had undermined US efforts to expand cooperation with Ukraine. “In Spring of 2019, I became aware of outside influencers promoting a false and alternative narrative of Ukraine inconsistent with the consensus views of the interagency,” testified Vindman during his hearing.

Here is the problem. President Trump controls foreign policy so Vindman’s claim that President Trump was subverting foreign policy is illogical since Trump SETS U.S. foreign policy.

6.) Bombshell Report

A bombshell report from the Washington Post revealed that Vindman was not too pleased about the efforts of Donald Trump to change US Foreign Policy. This would back the theory that Vindman and other bureaucrats are upset that Trump is changing the way the US does it's Foreign Policy, that said the story isn’t over yet.
