During the 1950's a Texas county was discovered to produce animals and people with excellent teeth and bones. A study of the water supply from wells was compared to the Dallas County surface water supply. The finding was that iodine and magnesium were important not fluoride and many minerals were essential for strong bodies.

America's doctors avoid biochemistry in college and medical school like the plague. Their only exposure to biochemistry is a watered down course in medical school designed to pass the least talented. That leaves them open to drug presentations of drug company salesmen, called detailmen and cookbook medicinel. Make sure your doctor has a chemistry aptitude and background.

Everyone should eat unprocessed food but also depend on scientific discoveries to meet the body's needs. That is get your minerals and vitamins from the healthfood store. Don't bet that foods will provide them. There are only 13 minerals in plants but the body requires 25+ minerals so meat, eggs, fish are better buys. The body requires 11 protein amino acids. Eggs and whole milk, the perfect foods, are your best bets. At least two eggs a day. A Best Buy at any grocery store is Canned Pink Salmon, next to eggs the most energetic and nutritious food. Don't leave home with a serving every day.
