Pelosi made a calculated move to impeach Trump right before a big election year.

To the public, she said this was an urgent matter. She and Schiff accused Trump of trying to steal the 2020 race if they didn’t remove him from office.

So far, though, impeachment doesn’t seem to be hurting the president. He’s polling strong and he’s enjoyed a historic outpouring of campaign support.

Now, it looks like Pelosi will face a red wave of House opposition.

From Washington Examiner:

According to Minnesota Rep. Tom Emmer, chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, impeachment has helped to push about 1,000 Republicans to file to run for House seats this year…

“I believe it is the intensity that is causing people to stand up and say, ‘It’s time to serve.’”

Wow. Did you read those numbers? According to the National Republican Congressional Committee, 1,000 Republicans have filed to run for House seats.

Specifically, the GOP has an incumbent or challenger candidate for 384 of 435 districts. According to Tom Emmer, this has been fueled by outrage over impeachment.

We’ve talked about how many Democrat reps are in Trump districts. We said, again and again, if they voted for impeachment, they’d risk their jobs.

In 2018, many of them promised to “work” with the president. Doesn’t look like they kept their promise to us.

And guess what? Republicans are coming out of the woodwork to challenge these Democrats.

What’s even more amazing is the diversity of those running. Democrats say they’re the party of women and minorities, not Republicans.

Oh really? Then how can they explain the fact that 190 women are running as GOP candidates? Or that 155 minorities are running as GOP candidates?

Hmm… maybe people are waking up to the fact that the Democrats don’t have a monopoly on diversity?

On top of that, 196 of these candidates are veterans. That means men and women who served to protect our freedoms will be represented in Congress.

That’s a win-win if you ask me.

All this, because Nancy Pelosi pushed impeachment. We might see the House flip in just two years. That hasn’t happened in over 70 years!

Good job, Nance.
