Donald Trump tweeted Monday night he will be making his official announcement on his pick for secretary of state Tuesday morning.
I will be making my announcement on the next Secretary of State tomorrow morning.

NBC's Andrea Mitchell reported Saturday that Trump will tap Exxon-Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson to the position. Fox News on Monday reported the same thing.
Tillerson's expected nomination has raised concerns among both Democrats and Republicans over his close ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Tillerson negotiated an energy partnership with Russia in 2011, The Wall Street Journal reported, and he received the Order of Friendship in 2012.
Many Democrats and some Republicans fear Russia hacked into Democratic Party emails and released them publicly in an effort to affect the election. WikiLeaks, which published the emails, say they did not come from Russia.
