The UNITED STATES; is the District of Columbia

The “UNITED STATES” is the District of Columbia, not one of the Union States of America. The District of Columbia is a foreign State-Country in regards to the Union States of America. Washington, D.C. is a sovereign city-state, not bound by any laws or treatises that the 50 states in the Union are. If you are a citizen of the District of Columbia, which is a U.S. Citizen, you have abandon your State Nationality and Constitution. A U.S. citizen has no more right to argue the Federal Constitution then a Canadian, Russian or Palestinian, because all of the above are foreigners in regards to the Union States of America. If you’re a U.S. citizen of the District of Columbia, residing in one of the Union States of America, this is the flag you pay alliance to, not the American flag.
