This is Jeanette Triplett. Today’s date is July 4, 2008. This call is in reference to the United States of America and all of the inhabitants and individuals who live on this planet and in this country. In the recent history back to about June 2nd, 2008 on www.worldreports.org you will see that 7000 safe deposit boxes in the U.K. were raided by approximately 300 armed officers from Scotland Yard.
The 7000 safe deposit boxes includes assets, evidence, documents; it goes back many, many years including individuals that were indicted that are from South Africa. In the past week there has also been about twenty billion dollars worth of assets that have been intercepted through the IRS through Swiss bank accounts involving about 20,000 people in the United States that are defrauding the IRS (Even though the IRS is a fraud in and of itself).
And in addition to that we’re talking about foreclosures across the country in the United States where all individuals are not getting any remedy. Now, I have reason to believe that I have got another missing piece of the puzzle as to why all of this is happening. I have in front of me a document called the King’s Charter which was…that’s written by James Montgomery that you can get on www.atvpress.com , that’s www.againstthegrain.com that you can go on into knowledge and knowledge and freedom, click onto that, and you will get into a wealth of documents. Once you get in there read A King’s Charter which... Cross reference that with a country defeated in victory, part 1 and part 2, then cross reference that into The Vatican Connection to England. Then you can get into the Library of Congress or go to the Avalon Project and you’re going to look for A Contract With the King. And I have this article in front of me also; this is called Contract Between the King and the Thirteen States of North America and totally this is only about fourteen pages.
This contract between the king and the thirteen united states of North America signed at Versailles July 16th, 1782. What this is referring to, all of these foreclosures in this country are happening in reference to, also, the debt for equity exchange plan that went into effect February 2007. It involved every bank in the world, involved in every deed, contract, mortgage and document that has now gone through England. England is collecting its debts against this country that refers to both of these documents. There will be a document on both of these. One of them is an article, The King’s Charter, which refuses to die, is an article that is referencing this contract. I put them both together so that you can see the article written and then I put the contract in here so that you can see where it came from, the 21 entries of a debt. This involves the Netherlands and it involves England. The foreclosures happening in this country are based on the King’s Trust of the loans that are given to this country. They are collecting on the debt. This country has not told anybody in this country about the King’s Trust with all this land allegedly is part of that trust.
However, recently I’ve informed everybody of the charter of the 1610, 1611, 1635, and 1685 that you can also find on the Avalon Project. You’re going to look specifically for the Delaware Charter of 1701, the Pennsylvania, there’s one in 1685, there’s another one in 1635. Look for all of those charters. You will see that those are based on England granting this country to themselves. Now, that’s not a legal and binding contract. That’s not any different than me coming to your house and saying that I want your car and I write a bill of sale to myself in reference to your car granting it to me because I want it.
Now, when you talk about a trust, if England came over here and the Delaware Charter of 1701, you go into that you’ll start finding about De La War and Mr. West, the 1st, the 2nd, and the 3rd. And you will see that their first responsibility for the Virginia Company of London was to kidnap the Native American children. Rule number one in the business does not for lawful purchases.[?] Fraud has no statute of limitations. So they set up corporations in order to take what is this country to make it theirs. If it was done by deceptive practices and by fraud, right there, you have an out clause to address the issue. So they set up all the corporations but they’re not operating for lawful purposes. They came over here from England taking the land, starting with kidnapping the children.
Now remember that and I’m going to go back to these documents. If you have a trust and they’re saying if it is their property; they came over here, they’re kidnapping the children but these trusts say that it supercedes any other contract but if they came over here and they took the land from the native Americans. And if you go to battle, let’s say I go to battle with you, Jack, and you and I go to war but you own the property. We go to war and I win. I still don’t get your property to a trust that’s held in a trust unless you and I sit down and draft up a document that you now capitulate and give me that land because it’s in a trust. Your land is still your land even if I won the war unless you sign it off to me. So these documents, right here, shows that the King’s Trust are they are giving all of America to themselves.
However, when the Englishmen came over here in the sixteen hundreds and they wrote these trusts they battled against the Native Americans and the native Canadians or the native Turtle Island inhabitants but those natives never signed that land over to England as a trust. England came over here, wrote those charters of Pennsylvania, Delaware and all of those 1600 charters. They wrote them granting the land to themselves, by themselves, through themselves and as the trustees, but the native Americans never signed off which means when England came over here and took it the native Americans, at all, never authorized that trust. That takes us back to the charters were derived by and through fraud through inducement therefore all of the foreclosures to date are happening because of these documents, right here.
The court, when you read this, will intentionally intervene in order to protect the King’s Trust which proves the fact that they are foreign agencies, that they are operating under the United Nations, members of the CFR {Council on Foreign Relations}, they’re committing treason against America, against the Constitution, they are protecting England. They are committing fraud against every single citizen, inhabitants, sovereign, or whatever you want to call yourself in this country and as of last night, July 3rd, 2008 a farmer of which I won’t say what state or his name who the government has already taken 11,000 acres of his land was coincidentally shot twice in the stomach and killed last night, July 3rd, 2008.
So, this is getting very serious and anybody who’s trying to protect their land without knowing the seriousness and how far back this goes, they cannot defend themselves in a court of law because the courts are acting as agents of the barristers, the King’s Trust in England and they are committing treason against the United States Constitution of which even George Bush has stated that they pledge allegiance to the United Nations. When they took their oath of office, they meaning all court officials including all attorneys, when they took their oath of office they denounced their US citizenship—they are foreign organizations. They are over here acting as court officials using our tax dollars for their paid salaries, fraudulently conveying that money into their own private accounts which you can verify and solidify that evidence with Dunn and Bradstreet.
You will find the headquarters for Dunn and Bradstreet happens to be in the UK. All corporations are set up in order to make a profit for England. The United States, all people here that are buying land were never told about this trust. They were never told about the fraud with the banks. I’ve sent out documents including the banker’s secret manual, the letter from the Rothschilds, dated 1863 where they knew that they were printing counterfeit money. The foreclosures across this country, you will not have any remedy until you can show the evidence of the King’s Charter which refuses to die referring to this contract of the King’s between the thirteen states of North America signed in July of 1782 and when you find all of these documents you will have the evidence that we’ve all been defrauded here.
And this has to be addressed through England and through the Netherlands. Now, Cathy and Andy…lost their farm in Georgia in Cobbs County, 2007 or 2008 and an individual from the Netherlands took their property that they never even granted to them. And that in itself will take you back to these documents that prove that the Netherlands is also involved with taking people’s properties. I cannot explain how serious this is and unless everybody understands the courts will not protect you. Their number one priority is protecting the King’s Trust which proves that they are a foreign organization.
I don’t know the remedy for this but everybody has to understand, we’ve been defrauded and I have to make that clear. Now they know that I know, I’m probably going to be the next one with the two bullets in my stomach. Anyway, everybody has to pass this on, be alert, be awake, be wise, stay calm and address this the proper way with a pen and paper that if you’re going to fight your foreclosures if you address the court operating for the King of England and the Trust it is by and through fraud to inducement. You have to address the charters for the 1600s. If you don’t you haven’t fixed the problem; you’ve put the band aid on the cancer and it will still fester. This has to be addressed with the utmost seriousness and very delicately and very professionally and it has to be addressed in a manner that everybody receives a remedy. This is not something to be taken lightly. But I’m very serious about this, it’s very upsetting and it explains why so many people across this country have tried to fight the battles in the courts and there’s no remedy. The courts are not defending this country; they’re defending England. And I have a problem with that. So that will be the end of this recording.
