Subject: Interesting Statement

Next time they claim you are “operating” a motor vehicle, remember you were doing it for the corporation which owns the vehicle in equity with your legal fiction. That is why you receive a Certificate of Title and the State retains the Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin which is the true title. I cannot find a definition of the term “operate”, “operating”, or “driving” in the motor vehicle section of the State statutes.

Sebastian Lathe Co. v. Johnson, 110 F. Supp. 245, 246; [1] Congress used the word "organized" in addition to the word "operated".  The courts have been unwilling to treat this as meaningless tautology. The word "operated" refers to the actual activities of a corporation and the word "organized" refers to its corporate structure. . . Willingham v. Home Oil Mill, 5 Cir. 1950, 181 F. 2d 9."
