Please keep informing people again and again that they may be able to KEEP their homes that are in foreclosure. They must demand that the banks or mortgage lenders SHOW THE MORTGAGES OR ORIGIONAL PAPER WORK TO THE JUDGE. This demand must be done before court date. People assume banks have the mortgage.....but in seven states now, 88% of the banks and mortgage lenders DO NOT have the mortgages. It is up to the homeowner to demand before courtdate that the banks show the judge in court,..the mortgages. If they cannot show mortgage, the judge can deny them foreclosure! In their greed, many banks have pushed the mortgage loans so fast...they cannot track the mortgage papers.
