Why Are Tectoic Plates In Americas And Asia Shifting In A Sequence?

In Mexico volcanic eruptions have caused some real eyebrows. Again a sequence of harmonic tremor was seen.
In Asia, specially in Sumatra area, the earthquakes and aftershocks have taken a periodic sequence.
Even in Japan the same thing happened.
Geologists are getting perplexed at it. According to some theory, the polar reversal and solar flares of extraordinary strength is causing the tremor in sequence pin pointing specific regions one after the other.
