I thought we had a promise from the "Federation Of Planets" and all of our alien Brothers & sisters that there would "NOT" be any more "NUCLEAR" explosions allowed to happen on this planet anymore. According to one of the stories posted on your Fourwinds10.com page today, there have been multiple "Nuclear" explosions recently in the Artic region.

Please explain again how this supposed "Promise" from The Galactic Federation of no more "Nuclear" explosions is supposed to work, and how that seems to be working out for everyone here on Planet Earth !!! I hope you have the courage to print this one Patrick !!

Is your intent to trick Fourwinds in our presentation of Truth? It would seem so from your statement, "I hope you have the courage to print this one Patrick!!"---a challenge or a dare, maybe? It is not about courage, but about discernment of Truth, my friend.

In the Sorcha Faal article the Russian scientists said the U.S. had exploded several atomic bombs in the Arctic region during their recent oil explorations. Hatonn/Aton has assured us several times in these past months that no more use of nuclear for evil intent would be allowed on Earth Shan. You are asking me for an explanation.

The Russian scientists were basing their conclusions upon their seismograph readings, which proved that significant explosions had occurred in the Arctic Region. this is true, but their conclusions were based upon assumption. The U S. used particle beam technology rather than nuclear to create the explosions needed for their seismograph readings, which would indicate the presence of underground oil fields.

Great discernment is needed in all that we read.

Perhaps R.L. was expressing a sense of frustration & disappointment regarding the possibility of Star Nations allowing US detonated hydrogen devices in the Arctic. As a great deal of humans sense a change of sorts is occurring in this generation, we the readers of material such as yours are hoping for positive change & remember that truth & fiction circulate around the web & we have been hoping & trusting that yours for example is plainly the truth.

As mere mushrooms in the dark, who can we trust…really? It is certainly an exercise of discernment of truth V deception etc. After all these centuries of utter deceit by religions, to the point that even many passed-over souls are too afraid to progress into the light for fear of judgement, it is little wonder that people are now easily let down by the current crop of truth vendors.

As for myself, I have fairly recently saved this website as an important favourite & consult it at least daily. However, I have very recently been left disappointed & a tad disillusioned too, by a supposed human Star Nation contactee elsewhere, who had claimed for several months that an asteroid would be diverted near earth in Mid November 2008, from impacting in the North Atlantic. It was meant to just be allowed to skim the Earth’s atmosphere & spread some beneficial lightweight material into the planet, for the Light-given purpose of earthly balance & healing, as well as prove to humans of the Star Nation benevolent presence & input. Cabal efforts however, were to break it up with ballistic missiles & allow it to still enter the atmosphere in order to collect super-hard material for weapons use. Well, apparently the Star Nation, Star Seed & we Humans of Goodwill successfully diverted its path by telekinesis, but I have my real doubts about this now as you would think that this near earth event would have been observed by someone, such as at least by a portion of the army of private astronomers & observers who cannot be bought or silenced. I have now given that web source the flick.

If you visit the USGS website here: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_big.php you will find that in the Arctic Ocean there have been several earthquakes at approximately 10.0km below. Does that number sound familar? Possibly the rumoured underground cities? I also agree that it cannot be nuclear detonations of any kind, this would contaminate everything, therefore it would need to be some advanced technology, as you suggested particle beam. For reason unknown to me I bookmarked an article that dealt with Arctic Ocean and the map detailing the amount of land each nation held, please read this article: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/08/080805192723.htm If you notice the USA holds the smallest portion, with Russia claiming the largest area?

During the 1980's, Russian scientists discovered the oil is abiotic, meaning that oil is not a fossil fuel, rather a naturally occuring fluid within the earth. The Russians discovered this by abandoning a deep oil well, later to return and finding it replemished. Do you remember the fiasco involving Kuwait and Iraq in the late 1980's, they were slant drilling then?

Most disturbingly is this article, which is another bookmark that I kept for no particular reason, but is proving to be valuable here: http://www.independent.co.uk/environment/climate-change/exclusive-the-methane-time-bomb-938932.html In the under ground cities they need to remove all the Methane from their atmosphere so the best way is to send it to the surface and possibly make some more money by tapping it from the top. This is most damaging to everything since methane is 20 times more dangerous (compared to carbon dioxide) to our ozone, atmosphere and air because of its makeup and our inability to smell it, it is odorless.

So not only are they stealing the oil, they have devised a way to send natural gas to the surface. Create a problem, offer a solution, appear to be saving the planet while making a killing. Is anything I have said here, impossible, I wish it were? Technology has in fact been around for decades.

I am sure Mr. Whistleblower and associates will find this very interesting, indeed?
