THE RED CHINESE SECRET POLICE IN THE UNITED STATES, Part Two of a Series

---How They Penetrated the Markets in Chicago---To understand the details of this series, you need to have a virtual encyclopedic knowledge of several related subjects. A short lesson on what you need to know: [1] Primary research and investigation. I do not know if anyone has really ever written on what that term really means. Some author highly detailed stories that are followed by numerous chapter notes referring to SOMEONE ELSE'S magazine article or book followed by chapter notes, if any. So, when the article is finished, you are relying on third and fourth hand data which may or may not be true.. » read more

New Mexico State Police Ordered to Write Tickets or Face Punishment (with video)

Eyewitness News 4 has uncovered documentation that indicates some police officers have been mandated to write a certain number tickets per month or face possible punishment. The information was found after an anonymous tip led us to file a records request for a patrol plan given to some state police officers last year. The record says, “Santa Fe officers are mandated to average a minimum of 100 citations and three DWI arrests per month, along with any other activity.” The same goes for officers patrolling Pecos. According to the patrol plan, the consequences for failing to reach that quota include: “lower evaluations ratings,” “loss of overtime privileges,” and “loss of the ability to switch shifts.. » read more

WHERE'S THE CONTRACT?

The other day I was stopped by a cop. You know a tax paid public servant who is supposedly working for those that pay them. Anyway, after showing this cop my insurance papers, drivers license, and registration to the car, and this cop finding everything in order, his snoopping continued by asking me for my "cell" phone. When I told him I had no cell phone, I thought he was going to short circuit! He didn't beleive me, mumbled something about lying to an "officer."   At that point I got a word in, and asked him if I was under some kind of contract where it is a requirement to purchase and own a cell phone? He turned around and walked away.. » read more

Facebook Comment Stirs 'Open Carry' Debate ( with video)

EAST PALO ALTO, Calif. -- A controversy was brewing in East Palo Alto Tuesday night after a police detective made apparently joking comments through his Facebook account saying “open carry” advocates who visibly carry guns in public should be shot. Now East Palo Alto has become a reluctant testing ground for a battle of constitutional amendments: one police officer's 'freedom of speech' versus a group’s 'right to bear arms.'Area resident Adnan Shahab is an “open carry” advocate who frequently goes out in public displaying an unloaded gun on his belt. Such activity is legal in California with certain restrictions, such as staying clear of schools.. » read more

POLICE OFFICER SHOT DOWN BY TWO GUNMAN CAUGHT ON TAPE!!!!

A semi-automatic pistol functions by using the energy from the recoil of a single round of ammunition to extract and eject a fired cartridge from the pistol's chamber and load an unfired round from a magazine into the chamber for the next shot. Most types of semi-automatic pistols rely on a removable magazine for supplying new ammunition to reload the chamber to be able to fire the gun again. The removable magazine is typically located inside a hand grip. Typically, the first round is manually loaded into the chamber by pulling back and releasing ("racking") the slide mechanism, after which the recoil operation of the handgun when fired automatically extracts, ejects, and reloads the chamber. This mode of operation generally allows for faster reloading and storing a larger number of cartridges than a revolver, although semi-automatic pistols are potentially more prone to malfunctions than revolvers due to their more complex design and mechanism.. » read more

Top Queensland cop warned of dirty officers

QUEENSLAND'S anti-corruption watchdog warned the police service almost two years ago that its troubled Gold Coast division was riddled with corruption and misconduct and issued a blueprint for a clean-up of its ranks. The revelations of the warning, in the form of a Crime and Misconduct Commission report, emerged as the state opposition called for the watchdog to hold a public inquiry into allegations of police corruption if it deemed it necessary. It came in response to a series of CMC raids on police stations on the Gold Coast on Sunday and the suspension of a junior officer pending further investigations. Police Commissioner Bob Atkinson expressed surprise yesterday at claims of police involvement in major crime on the Gold Coast. But The Australian obtained a confidential report showing the CMC warned nearly two years ago of serious problems in one of the state's busiest districts.. » read more
